Submissions may include name, company, job title, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, city, service interest, enquiry content and preferred contact method. Hosting systems may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and operation.

Use and storage

Information is used to understand and respond to enquiries, manage follow-up, protect the website and prevent spam. Enquiries are stored as private WordPress lead records. Once authenticated email is enabled, a notification may be sent to the approved recipient while the lead remains stored in WordPress.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell enquiry data. Hosting or email providers needed to operate the website may process it only as necessary. The final retention schedule and verified privacy contact must be approved before launch.

Analytics and cookies

The website does not currently load unnecessary advertising or analytics trackers. If enabled later, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated first.

Privacy requests

Access, correction or deletion requests may be submitted through the Contact page until a formal privacy email is approved.
